Subsequently, we schedule a follow-up call to present the finalized itinerary, allowing you to provide immediate feedback and address any questions or concerns.

Should the itinerary meet your expectations, we proceed to secure the booking with a deposit. However, rest assured that you are never under any obligation to book, and we remain committed to making any necessary adjustments or modifications until you are completely satisfied. While crafting your itinerary involves significant time and effort, we do not charge a planning fee for our services. As an independent business, if you choose not to proceed with booking, your travel designer does not receive payment. This deposit would then be deducted from your remaining holiday balance.
