To initiate our journey together, we offer a Discovery Call as our first point of contact, conducted via either phone or video. During this conversation, we'll delve into your wishlist, understanding your preferences, special requirements, room specifications, dietary preferences, and any celebratory occasions you may be planning.

Upon determining that we are the right fit for you, we proceed to craft a bespoke itinerary tailored precisely to your needs. Depending on the complexity of the trip, this process typically spans 24 to 72 hours, during which we maintain regular communication to keep you informed of our progress. Subsequently, we schedule a follow-up call to present the finalized itinerary, allowing you to provide immediate feedback and address any questions or concerns.

Should the itinerary meet your expectations, we proceed to secure the booking with a deposit. However, rest assured that you are never under any obligation to book, and we remain committed to making any necessary adjustments or modifications until you are completely satisfied. Your happiness and comfort are our top priorities throughout the entire planning process.

Do you charge a fee?

While crafting your itinerary involves significant time and effort, we do not charge a planning fee for our services. Our Discovery Call serves as an opportunity for both parties to determine if we are a good fit to collaborate. It's important to note that our compensation comes from the commissions received from the hotels and suppliers we utilize. As an independent business, if you choose not to proceed with booking, your travel designer does not receive payment. Therefore, your transparency about your stage in the booking process and any other quotes you've received is greatly appreciated.

Occasionally, during times of high demand or for exceptionally complex itineraries, we may request a deposit at the planning stage. This deposit would then be deducted from your remaining holiday balance. Rest assured, our aim is always to provide you with the best possible service and ensure your satisfaction throughout the entire process.

If I need to cancel my trip, will I get my money back?

We adhere to the terms and conditions set by our suppliers, which will be provided to you upon receiving a quote. In most cases, our suppliers require a non-refundable deposit for bookings and operate on a cancellation payment schedule. Once you've paid in full, refunds are unlikely to be possible. In such cases, we recommend contacting your travel insurance provider for compensation, underscoring the importance of securing travel insurance promptly after booking.

If your holiday is cancelled due to circumstances beyond your control, we are committed to ensuring you receive a full refund. Your peace of mind is our priority, and we strive to navigate any unforeseen challenges with utmost care and support.

Can you help with travel insurance?

Certainly! We'll provide you with a link to our trusted partner, Rock Insurance, where you can explore your options and obtain a quote. Additionally, if you prefer, we can handle the quoting and booking process for you, ensuring a seamless experience from start to finish.

Do you help with visas, vaccinations and entry requirements?

While the ultimate responsibility lies with you, we're here to provide guidance every step of the way to ensure you're fully prepared.

Before booking, we'll inform you of entry requirements, including visa and passport regulations, as well as any health requirements. We'll also check your passport validity and ensure you have all the necessary paperwork for entry. Additionally, we'll keep you informed of any travel advisories issued by the FCDO that may impact your trip.

Please note that while we can offer advice and guidance, we're unable to complete visa applications on your behalf.
